ISO Workshop is an easy to use application for creating different types of CS/DVD/BD images. Its free for both personnel and commercial use and its pretty darn fast too!
In case you have not used ISO images before, they are simply disc images (single files) containing a complete copy of media. This includes things such as CD, DVD and Blu-Ray discs. Keeping a copy of a CD or DVD in ISO format is much easier than burning an identical copy of a disc. You can simply create an ISO file and store many ISO images all on a single DVD or removable hard disk.
ISO files can be either burned to disc for use later, or alternatively you can use PowerISO for mounting ISO images as drives. Windows knows no different and you can use them just like a normal disc! Magic!
ISO images also preserve the folder structure of your discs. So if you have a copy of lets say Windows 7 and you want to create an ISO, it will preserve all the files in the correct folder structure ready for you to install Windows 7 at a later date.
