Flashback was one of those legendary games that will always have its own place in the memory of any gamer from the 90's. Its cinematic graphics were particularly good, music was exceptional and the story was truly marvellous.
Similar in some ways to Prince of Persia with its platform gameplay but also completely different thanks to its superior adventure story. Set in the future, the player takes on the role of Conrad (an investigative agent) to recover his lost memory and ultimately save the world. Along the way the player encounters friends and enemies of Conrad and they must recover lost items in order to piece together the parts of the puzzle.
Spread over 7 huge levels, Flashback is one of those intelligent games that makes you think but doesn't frustrate you. The story engages you and the ending gives you that warm feeling inside..
