It's starting to slow down.........
I'm a big fan of the Pendragon series. Currently I'm on book 9. I loved the series till book 7. It's becoming impossible to keep straight in my head. The story is getting slower the farther you go. There's so many characters that are Saint Dane. This book was a disappointment.

Quite good, really, but....
I really did enjoy this book, but it was a bit frustrating. At the beginning, which I thought was much too long to get things started, it starts out very slow, even though it was action. I wanted to get right into the story and not spend so much time.....well, that would be giving away part of the book. Also, the ending was really frustrating for me because it gave answers again, but Saint Dane is mind numbingly cruel and makes you want to throw the book across the room, or at least it did me, but I couldn't do that seeing as how I don't want to break my rather expensive Kindle 2. Anyone who has read the previous books in the Pendragon series should definitely read this one. And so we go...

dont get me wrong, i am a fan of the pendragon series. but he author just didnt have the magic (or the plot) to pull this one off. This series is going downhill and continues to be repetitive, predictabe, and altogether painfull to read. i read i think about half the book becasue i skipped the boring parts.

My favorite of the pendragon series
Like isaid this book is my personal favorite. The games that D.J. mcChale thinks of are very interesting. And this is the first book where we finally start getting some answers about the travalers. But definetly read the first books before this one. That's all i can really say about it. I loved it.
