The gang from Dunder Mifflin Paper Company are back for another side-splitting season of The Office. Michael believes he's a father and hijinx ensue. Michael starts up a rival company to Dunder Mifflin and Ryan is back!Dwight is his neurotic self and Andy and Angela continue with wedding arrangements. The love affair between Jim and Pam continues, even with Pam in New York. This 5 disc set is chock-a-block with over 5 hours of deleted scenes,audio commentaries,bloopers and the extra special The Office 100th episode and 100 memorable moments, so sit back and get ready to laugh yourself silly!!

Price was good, shipping was fast. the plastic case that holds the dvd was cracked in several places.

it's the office- it's amazing!
the commentary isn't as good so far...but we'll see. i honestly just don't care what kind of omelets the actors eat every morning.

Another fantastic Office season!
The writers and actors of The Office have outdone themselves again with Season 5. Not only are there more episodes than ever, they are all brilliantly written and delivered. The Holly plotline lets us glimpse another facet of Michael Scott, and we see him mature and even find his perfect match (we want Amy Ryan back!). I was extremely impressed by Steve Carell's acting in this season, and I have found that he is just as good with dramatic acting as he is with comedy, particularly when it involved Holly.
And of course, the Jim and Pam storyline was handled very well (much to the glee of JAM fans) and the season was jam packed (no pun intended) with monumental events (engagement! wedding plans! pregnancy!). Yet, it was all realistic and did not seem drawn out or soap opera-ish. It is so refreshing to see events played out as if it was real life. The writers do not draw out the drama just to keep the viewers; instead, they continue the plot as it would naturally happen. (i.e. Jim and Pam fall in love and get engaged, no more angst!)
The DVD itself is fantastic, with 5 discs and an amazing amount of deleted scenes. The blooper reel is always my personal favorite, and this year's is hilarious (although not quite as long as season 4's bloopers). And I thought it was a pretty decent price (when it was discounted) for 5 discs!
