Sage Training - Payroll, Accounts, Reporting



Sage training falls into several sections including Payroll, Accounts and Reporting. All courses usually require you to have basic mouse and keyboard skills, and be competent in using Windows.

Accounts Introduction Courses

Accounting courses are geared towards office professionals who want to become proficient in bookkeeping and account management. These also include debits and credits, the nominal Ledger and the Trial Balance.

A good course to start is an Introduction to Bookkeeping which guides you through the basic theory of Sage, recording various business transactions, VAT (value added tax) and producing management reports. After completing the introduction, other courses are available to take your skills to the next level e.g. Sage 50 Accounts.

Sage Instant Accounts

These courses focus specifically on Sage Instant Accounts software. You will learn more in-depth knowledge of the fundamental operations of the software and amending records. Some of the topics covered by a Sage Instant Accounts course might include:
