The MSDN site is the number one resource for exam preparation. The documentation on there is always way ahead of any book and e-learning material. As soon as a product ships, you can be sure that the MSDN documentation is ready. This is especially true for development languages, as a beta MSDN site is usually set up in tune with a beta software release. Do a Google search for msdn and .NET 3.5.
The MSDN site also has the advantage in that it shows examples for almost all classes, properties and methods. Some of these are downloadable, so get your hands on those at the earliest stage.
