The new Advanced IT Pro Course for SharePoint 2010 is a 5 day instructor led course covering the full features of SharePoint Server 2010. The Microsoft course covers planning, deploying and maintaining server farms with MOSS 2010.
This is an advanced course intended for System Architects, web administrators and server administrators. You should ideally have at least 2 years experience in implementing, managing and supporting Microsoft Windows Server 2008 and IIS.
On completion of the course you will be able to:- Know about all the new features of SharePoint 2010
- Be able to upgrade from SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2010.
- Design and configure SharePoint farms

- Prepare for disaster recover including backup and restoring SharePoint
- Understand Powershell and what it can do
