Black Ops "Cold War" Confirmed in Teaser Trailer

The official Black Ops Cold War Teaser Trailer has been released thanks to the efforts of the zombies community and their Easter Egg hunting skills. The Teaser Trailer confirms that Call of Duty 2020 is called "Cold War" as we had all expected.

Following a six day Easter Egg hunt, involving multiple clues, ciphers and wild goose chases, the original zombies YouTubers: NoahJ456, MrDalekJD, CodeNamePizza and others, all helped in leading us to the final clue in the EE hunt. This final reward was of course the teaser trailer that was unlisted on the Treyarch YouTube channel.

Set in the Cold War era, the new Black Ops game will closely follow the standoff between the US and Russia at the height of the Cold War era. With nuclear holocaust an ever growing concern, Black Ops agents were at the time, heavily involved in uncovering the truths and lies in the political standoff that could have led to the end of the world - quite literally.

Fans will be pleased to know that Treyarch's next game is to be fully revealed on the 26th August, at which time a full trailer will be shown for the game. We do not expect to see a zombies portion to this trailer but you never know. However, the Verdansk Warzone map will most likely be the place to catch the full unveiling of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, as the Battle Royale spin-off puts on what we assume will be a live event.
