dvt.exe Installation could be a crack/hack to NOD32 here. Seen and removed in many logs. Investigate it further and if this file is present C:\d_v_t.reg then it should be fixed. Not to be confused with the DICOM entry here. Both files are located in the Windows/Windir directory More Information

syp.exe SysProtect is detected as a "potentially unwanted program". It purports to be an system repair/maintenance application, but requires paid registration before any issues found can be fixed. Many of the "invalid" items found appear suspect. This has been reported to be distributed in wild via trojan Vundo. Other incarnations of this software exist with the same model and similar web presences (for example WinFixer). For more information see here
