As with other rogues the software tries to trick you into purchasing their full version by reporting fake virus alerts.
Remember Microsoft Security Essentials is a FREE antivirus application and you do NOT need to pay for it. Anything that claims you need to pay is a fake.
How to remove fake Microsoft Security Essentials?
Delete the files for: C:\Documents and Settings\Metallica\Desktop\antispy.exe C:\Documents and Settings\{username}\Application Data\defender.exe C:\Documents and Settings\Metallica\Desktop\antispy.exe
Delete associated registry entries such as:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\tmp
Use Google to search for full registry entries added by this fake antivirus application.
