The local website folder is the local directory path where your website pages are located. It must be the top level folder (the root) of your website.

If for example you have the following directory structure:

C:\\mywebsite\\Data
C:\\mywebsite\\Photos
C:\\mywebsite\\Diary
C:\\mywebsite\\Articles

Then the Local Website Folder will be:

C:\\mywebsite\\

You should also remember that sitemap files should be saved in this folder (the root)
