The ‘Duplicate Row with Query String’ option on the sitemap editor screen allows you to add Query String parameters to sitemap elements.

You can choose to duplicate the selected row any number of times. For each duplication you can specify an alternative Query String value. This technique is ideal for pages where content is generated based on Query String values e.g. Blogs
