Tag: itil The PDF ebooks for the new ITIL 2011 (v4) publications are now available to download. Viewable on any PDF reader software such as Adobe Acrobat for Windows, Kindle for Amazon lovers or any mobile device including iPhone, iPad and Android mobiles.
The hard copies of the new ITIL 2011 publications came out in July 2011 and at the time it was announced that PDF copies of the books would also be available soon. Come August and we can now download the new PDF books. This is the first time that PDF copies of the ITIL framework have been available to download and to be honest it's a welcome relief! The huge size (and weight) of the ITIL books doesn't make them the easiest publications to carry to and from the office. It's also a great way to reduce the carbon footprint from printing and shipping hard copies to customers.
You can buy and download PDF books of the ITIL 2011 framework from the Official TSO bookshop

Illustrations and diagrams have been reworked to make the module easier to understand and less ambiguous. There are now close to 500 pages of rich strategy content to read through.
Other volumes have also seen improvements to make ITIL easier to understand, implement and more relevant to today's world.
