Blacks Ops Zombie drinks - Perk a Cola - Quick Revive, Juggernog, Double Tap, Speed Cola

The new Black Ops Zombie maps contain several Perk a Cola drinks machines that give the player power ups. These include; faster shooting; faster reload; the ability to save other players faster and more health for yourself.

Drinks play an important part in the Zombies game, this is especially true during the later levels when zombie attacks come at a great speed and intensity. There is much debate as to which drink is the best one to buy, they're not cheap so choosing wisely is important. Many players agree that the Juggernog drink is the best one to buy first because it allows you to stay alive longer. This of course gives you more chance of buying other drinks. If you're playing in single player mode, the quick revive drink is equally as good as Juggernog if you want to progress to the later levels.

Important points about drink perks:

On most of the Zombies maps, you will need to turn on the power before you can buy any of the drinks.
During single player, you can buy drinks without turning on the power
If you get taken down you will loose all of your perks.

Quick revive can be used on yourself in single player Zombies

Juggernog

This drink increases your health so you can take more hits from the Zombies. After you drink this perk you can take double the number of hits, so this takes it up to 4 hits. Juggernog is the red drink machine on the Zombie maps and you will need 2500 points to buy one in multiplayer mode (single player costs is lower).

The Juggernog drink can be found in the starting room of Verruckt, just head right and it's behind the counter of weapons.

Quick Revive

Drinking the Quick Revive perk will allow you to revive other players 4 times faster. It is the cheapest of the drinks and can be easily found by looking for the blue dispenser machine.

The cost of Quick Revive is 1500 points (in multiplayer) but can be used to revive two other players at once. It can also be used in single player mode to revive yourself and costs only 500 points. This can be done only once though, and you need to be another Quick Revive drink to use again. The advantage of Quick Revive in single player is that you don't need to turn on the power first.

In multiplayer Zombies, when combined with the Monkey Bombs it is possible to become the medic of the group. Simply through the Monkey Bomb to distract the zombies and heal your team mates.

Double Tap Beer

The yellow / brown looking drinks machine contains the Double Tap drink perk. This perk increases your rate of fire and is considered to be one of the worst drinks as most weapons have high rates of fire already. For fast firing weapons this eats up bullets too quickly and accuracy is essentially. It is a good perk only if you have slow firing weapons such as shotgun or sniper, although these are useless in later levels anyway.

This drink costs 2000 points to buy.

Speed Cola

This drink makes reloading weapons much faster and also helps you rebuild barriers faster (but not dramatically faster). This drink is the most expensive at 3000 points and could be easily lost if you get downed. This explains why most players opt to get the Juggernog drink first.

The Speed Cola drink machine is the green coloured one.
