Those of you who have been playing Fallout New Vegas since its release will have almost certainly come across one of the many bugs in the game. Ranging from glitches in gameplay, problems rendering DirectX graphics and companions not doing what they should. The most annoying of all these bugs has to be game crashes and corrupt save games, meaning that you need to replay entire segments of the game. Other glitches meant that players became stuck in the surroundings and the only way out was to restart the game.
The New Vegas patch is available to download from Steam.
Companions now show up as waypoints on the map

Fix for varmint night scope effect persisting in kill cam
Fix for giving companions armor that adds STR does not increase their carry weight
