The Cydia app is the most popular jail break app and its capable of jail breaking the iPhone and even the first iPad. But until now, the iPad 2 has remained un-breakable. The guys over at JailBreakMe have worked hard to provide us with the first app to open up the iPad 2.

1. Visit the jailbreakme website using your iPad 2 at:
www.jailbreakme.com
2. Download the Cydia app just like you would any other app
3. Choose the mode you want; user, hacker or developer
4. Let the app download and install
5. Congratulations your iPad 2 is now jail broken.
Remember, jail breaking your iPad 2 will mean that you won't get any new iOS updates. Apple will not support your device but on the flip side you now have full control of the iPad 2!! The Cydia app is reversible so don't worry if you change your mind in the future.
