Welcome to our Free ITIL Training section

Delivering IT services is a lifecycle methodology. ITIL v3 was improved to cover not only the needs and requirements but also the delivery of services as well. ITIL covers best practices for translating business objectives and requirements into valued IT systems and services. It’s now moved out of just operations to cover the total lifecycles from concepts and needs…all the way through.
The underlying IT service management philosophy aims to change IT’s focus away from technology and towards managing IT using a more service based approach. We are also trying to get the business to adopt the service-based approach as well.
This training section of our site covers the full ITIL syllabus, giving you guidance on the range of ITIL phases; Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation and Continual Service Improvement. Please note, this is not an official training guide and we are not in any way endorsed by the UK government or the OGC.
Not only have we covered a large selection of ITIL topics but we’ve also given advice on the different types of ITIL training around, test centres and preparation tips for those studying.
Well, we hope you enjoy this free resource, please respect the time and effort we’ve put into bringing it to you free of charge. By all means, share the site with others and let us know what you think..
